Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer
In this function you will work on analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, layout implementation and lab validation. The job includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Feasibility study on new architectures and implementations
- Deriving the system level and block level specifications
- Transistor level design of analog building blocks
- Implementation of the design in a layout
- PCB and setup for lab validation
About you
- MSc or PhD degree in electrical or electronic engineering
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre RF
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Teamplayer with strong communication skills

Digital IC Design Engineer
In this function you will work on digital designs for a mixed-signal integrated circuit. The digital circuitry is mostly the heart of the system that controls the analog. For many applications digital signal processing is required. The job includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Digital floor planning
- RTL coding & synthesis
- Clock tree synthesis & timing
- Adding scan-chain for testability
- Digital place & route, area optimization
About you
- BSc or MSc degree in computer science or electrical engineering
- Experience with RTL coding for chip implementation
- Highly structured and precise way of working
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Teamplayer with strong communication skills

Project Management Officer
As Project Management Officer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of design projects. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with project leadership, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and according to our quality standards. The job includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, schedules, milestones and deliverables
- Deep understanding of project requirements and defining suitable concepts
- Act as the technical interface between customers, design teams, foundries and external partners
- Guide and mentor IC designers throughout the development process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design and project management methodologies
About you
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the field of analog and mixed-signal IC design
- Proven experience leading complex semiconductor development projects
- Strong understanding of the full IC development flow, from specification to silicon validation
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented and capable of working in an international environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

ICT and Network Administrator
As ICT and Network Administrator, you are responsible for all ICT and network-related activities within the company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and security of our IT infrastructure, supporting both engineering and business operations in a high-tech semiconductor environment. The job includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Organize and maintain Linux and Windows servers
- VPN and other network related tasks
- Laptop setup and maintenance
- Provide ICT and technical infrastructure support
- Implementation and management of cybersecurity systems
- EDA tool infrastructure, including PDK management
- Manage backups, storage systems and data integrity
About you
- BSc/MSc in in computer science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with both Linux and Windows environments
- Knowledge of VPNs, networking and IT infrastructure concepts
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and database management
- Service-providing mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Management Support Officer
As Management Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. You will combine organizational, communication and administrative skills to ensure a professional working environment, support management activities and strengthen Chain-IC's visibility through public relations and marketing initiatives. The job includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Support management with administrative and organizational activities
- Coordinate office operations and ensure a pleasant and well-organized working environment
- Organize company events, team activities, customer visits and meetings
- Maintain and update company communication channels, including the website and LinkedIn
- Create and coordinate marketing and public relations content
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of office processes and company culture
About you
- Preferably BSc degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Experience with administrative or coordination roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media and content creation is a plus
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
